Installation Process

From first call to final bolt — in 72 hours or less.

Mobility decisions are urgent and emotional. We've designed every step of our process to remove uncertainty, eliminate surprises, and get your loved one safely home.

01

Call or request an assessment

Same day callback

You call us or submit the form. We respond within hours — not days. We listen first: who needs the ramp, what triggered the need, and how urgently it's required.

02

Free in-home assessment

Within 24 hours

Javeria or a trained team member visits your home, measures the entrance, evaluates the user's mobility, and discusses the safest configuration. No charge, no obligation.

03

Design & fixed-price quote

Same visit or next day

We design a ramp that meets AODA standards and your home's specific geometry. You receive a transparent, fixed-price quote — including ramp, installation, and any handrails or platforms.

04

Professional installation

24–72 hours from approval

Our certified crew installs your modular aluminum ramp — typically in a single visit. We walk you through safe use, hand over the warranty, and leave the site spotless.

05

Optional removal & resale

Whenever you're ready

If your loved one moves or no longer needs the ramp, we offer professional removal and a resale buyback program — recovering some of your original investment.
